If you feel like you don’t make progress towards your goals, maybe the answer is in your schedule.
What’s on your schedule = what you prioritize
If a stranger saw your schedule, would they say you're serious about your goals?
I like to categorize how I spend my time:
Studying + Courses
Learning
Admin
Important events
Hobbies/Going out
It helps me get clarity about how we use our finite resource: time
You don’t need to have a tight schedule as I currently have (almost every hour has an activity related).
Friends find it overkill, but it helps me identify if I spend too much time learning instead of doing, etc.
Of course, the ultimate goal is to have no schedule and have the freedom to do whatever you want.
In order to have this, you need to spend years (maybe even decades) building useful products.
Which means having a tight schedule to build them.
Question of the week:
If a stranger saw your schedule, would they say you're serious about your goals?
Until next week,
Rémy
