What is great about studying abroad is that you have no pressure.

You know you don't have huge obligations

College is not as hard as in your home country.

So you're free to explore the world.

Last monday, class finished early. So me and my friend visited 3 castles nearby on a whim.

Sounded very random, but loved it.

Strangely, it always happens when it is an exchange.

Every time out of college is spent on travels

When it is your home country, you don't have the same envy to visit other cities

ex: I think I visited more cities in China than France (as a tourist)

Maybe because I am more in a "study" mode in France...
